Refurbishment of an abandoned warehouse for expanding software development company. New structure, air conditioning, offices, linking bridges, furniture procurement and project management.

LTSA Interior 

Space planning and interior fitout of 10,000 square foot CBD office floor, for a state owned enterprise. Feature timber floors, copper painted interview rooms and perforated metal sliding screens.

Courtyard House - Herne Bay 

Solid masonry house of 190 square metres on a 460 square metre site. 4 bedrooms, double garage, open living / dining, swimming pool, copper roofing, oak floors. A collection of building around outdoor spaces. A contemporary cottage for an urban professional.

Warner Music 

Interior refurbishment for prominent record company. Classic black and white interior, feature oak rhombus flooring.

Zespri International

Interior refurbishment for a new commercial image of the NZ Kiwifruit Marketing Board. Staged fitout of two floors of Auckland offices and Tauranga offices. Features open plan working environment, modular mobile screening systems.

 
Auckland City IT Department 

Creation of two 4500 sq ft floorplates to new open plan IT support environment. Oval shaped central hub houses cafe breakout area. Workstations are arranged to exterior to benefit from natural light. Interior spaces are used for utility rooms and service areas. Divisible training and meeting rooms are employed to maximize space efficiencies. Project included development of secure hardware suite in sub-basement levels of building. 

Yellow Pages 

Conversion of a 9000 sq ft 1950's interior to an open plan call centre for 100 staff. The interior features a 12m full height tropical mural, surfboards attached to walls, bamboo uplights and a bubble tank forming a wall to internal meeting rooms. Materials employed include, woven bamboo panels, low energy timber shade feature lighting by Epsilon Design, and portholes to the internal and meeting room walls. The fitout was completed in conjunction with Telco Asset Management as project managers. 

Southern Cross Cable

This project involved the design of an international control centre for the Southern Cross cable project. This fibre optic cable joins New Zealand to North America and Australia providing a ultra-high capacity link for voice and data to the world. Open plan desking was employed within a highly secure building in central Auckland. International standard public meeting areas and crisis management zones where designed within the space. Unique features include a pivoting wing door, canting curved internal glazing and feature standard lamps supplied by ECC lighting. 

SSA NZ Ltd

Corporate Interior for multi-national software development firm. Features extensive use of Tasmanian Blackwood veneer, Cedar joinery and innovative ring-bench desking system to perimeter.
